Using the subversive knitwear pre-treatment and post-treatment open-width processing technology, the dyeing process only takes 6 hours, of which the production in the dyeing tank only accounts for 2.5~3.5 hours with 40~50 tons of water usage. Significantly reduce the use of chemicals, water, electricity and steam consumption and pollutant discharge.
