Shandong Huashing Innovative Textile Science and Technology Industrial Park follows the concept of high-quality development and creates a modern textile science and technology industrial park integrating research and development, weaving, dyeing and finishing and clothing through the innovative integration of "foreign investment + combination of industry and finance + industrial cluster". The project covers an area of 1000 mu with a total investment of 2 billion. When it is fully put into production, it will achieve an annual output of 10 billion, an annual foreign exchange of 1.1 billion US dollars, a tax revenue of 1 billion RMB, 5000 jobs, and 150 international high-end talents.

The project will be carried out in three phases. The first phase of the project will cover 414 mu of land with an investment of 900 million to build production plants, scientific research centers, environmental protection facilities, auxiliary housing and office space. With a construction area of 320,000 square meters, it has purchased modern weaving,  dyeing equipment and related supporting equipment, inspection and testing equipment, and scientific research platform equipment. And the knitting fabric weaving production line, printing and dyeing production line and clothing processing production line has been built as the same time. After the project is completed, the annual sales revenue will reach 2.4 billion and the tax revenue will reach 160 million. After the completion of the industrial park, it is planned to gradually introduce upstream and downstream enterprises according to the innovation mode of 2+1+2, and improve the industrial capacity supporting facilities of the park. Two new textile factories and two garment factories were introduced, and industrial funds were planned to be set up to start supply chain finance, so as to form the green endogenous ecology of Shandong Huashing Innovative Textile Science and Technology Industrial Park and further promote the clustered development of textile printing and dyeing industry in Binzhou.
